Generate Nexus provides nexus letter writing services for veterans seeking to establish service connection for VA disability claims. Our service includes:

  • Comprehensive intake form completion
  • Research and analysis of your military service and medical conditions
  • Creation of personalized nexus letters
  • Delivery of completed letters in PDF format via email

Important Notice: Our standard service provides professionally written nexus letters based on the information you provide. These letters are not medical opinions and are not written by licensed medical professionals unless specifically stated.

Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a current or former member of the U.S. Armed Forces
  • Provide accurate and complete information during the intake process
  • Have a legitimate need for a nexus letter for VA disability claim purposes

Service Fees and Payment

  • Standard Nexus Letter: $75 per letter
  • Payment is due at the time of service request
  • All fees are non-refundable except as specifically provided in our refund policy
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

Refund Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee under the following circumstances:

  • If we determine that a nexus letter cannot be written based on the information provided
  • If we fail to deliver your letter within 24 hours of payment (except in cases of force majeure)
  • If there are technical errors that prevent service delivery

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You are dissatisfied with the content of a completed letter
  • Your VA claim is denied
  • You provided incomplete or inaccurate information

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Respond promptly to any requests for clarification

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

Intellectual Property

  • All content, letters, and materials created by Generate Nexus remain our intellectual property
  • You receive a limited license to use your nexus letter for VA claim purposes only
  • You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute our letters without permission
  • Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected intellectual property

No Medical Opinions

Our standard service does not provide medical opinions or diagnoses. Letters are based on research and the information you provide, not medical examination or professional medical judgment.

No Guarantee of VA Approval

We cannot guarantee that your VA claim will be approved. Claim decisions depend on many factors beyond the nexus letter, including VA examinations, medical evidence, and VA policy.

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
